Jingle Jam 2016 – It’s Go Time!

December 20th – It’s officially game day for the 2016 St. Louis Jingle Jam.  The 2016 St. Louis Jingle Jam features 19 divisions of boys and girls basketball teams grade levels 4 thru 8. It’s truly going to be an amazing showcase of youth basketball on display over the next three nights.

A total of 204 games will be played over the three days of the Jingle Jam.

During these 204 games, someone will yell “get a rebound” a projected 17.4 times per game, for an estimated 3,549 times over the next three days.

Officials will call a projected 5,712 fouls, of which 1,999 weren’t really fouls according to the guilty party or fan base.

An estimated 2,448 jump balls will be called over the 204 games being played.

A minimum 1,632 bags of Skittles or “like” candy will be consumed by siblings of participants.

Approximately 16 games will be decided in Overtime.  Of these 16 games, 2 will be decided in Sudden Death because the teams were still tied after overtime.

12 games will be won on a last second shot.
